Key Services
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs):
Submit and lodge legally valid EPCs for existing homes in the UK. The EPC provides information about energy efficiency, use, typical costs, and recommendations for energy savings. Once the EPC assessment process has been completed and the information processed, your EPC will be available via the government website and will be valid for 10 years.
Retrofit Assessments:
Produce assessments, in accordance with PAS 2035, for domestic properties that require energy retrofit work to improve their energy efficiency.

Definitions
EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
A legally required document for new, sold, or rented properties. It rates a property’s energy efficiency from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and includes advice on reducing energy costs. You can check your property’s EPC status here.
Retrofit
The process of fitting new energy-efficient systems to buildings previously built without them to reduce energy use and costs, benefiting both you and the environment.
PAS 2035:2019 is the overarching British standard for Retrofitting homes to improve energy efficiency. It provides specification and guidance for the retrofit of domestic buildings, and details best practice guidance for domestic retrofit projects.
Retrofit Assessment
An evaluation of a property’s energy needs via a non-intrusive on-site assessment of an existing property, which includes an energy assessment, floor plan, condition report, and an occupancy review to help reduce energy consumption and costs.
