The personal data (name and email address) collected relates directly to submitting an enquiry on the Business ‘Contact’ web page. 

Your data will be stored and processed for the purpose of establishing contact. The personal data you provide the Business with will be held in confidentiality. Under the Data Protection Act 2018, your personal details will not be used for any unintended purpose and will not be shared with a third party without your consent.

You can revoke your consent at any time, to do this please do so via email.

Purpose of collecting data

If you have contacted us with an enquiry the Business will hold your data for the purposes of responding to your enquiry.

If you have commissioned services from the Business or advised the Business of your email address, you may occasionally receive updates on news via email and invitations to participate in surveys about the service that you have received.

Film and Photography

We are aware of GDPR and how this might relate to our film and photography services. Your likeness or an image of you may be perceived as your personal data, and as such may afford you certain rights under GDPR legislation. If you feel your image or likeness has been used in any of our media and would prefer for it to be removed then please let us know via email.

Please Note: Signage is erected in areas we film / take photographs for commercial purposes and is displayed at all entrances to sites we are working on, explaining why this is taking place and where the footage / images captured will be shared. This signage also informs visitors: ‘If you do not wish for your image to be captured please make yourself known to the organisers who are wearing high visibility jackets’.
